St. Joseph's Pre-University College organized a Leadership Training Camp on 18 July 2026 for Student Council members, Class Representatives, Sports Representatives, and office bearers of various clubs and associations. The program aimed to nurture leadership qualities, discipline, teamwork, and effective decision-making among student leaders. The Chief Guest, Squadron Leader Shanmukha Reddy (Retd.), a distinguished alumnus, shared inspiring experiences from his service in the Indian Air Force and his corporate career. He emphasized the importance of responsibility, resilience, adaptability, integrity, and leading by example. His insightful address motivated students to embrace challenges with confidence and a strong sense of purpose.The interactive session encouraged participants to reflect on their roles and responsibilities while gaining valuable practical insights into effective leadership.
