The Foreign Language Club of St. Joseph’s Pre-University College celebrated French Day (Bastille Day) on 14 July 2026 during the lunch break in the Quadrangle. The programme highlighted the rich language, culture, and traditions of France. The celebration began with an introduction to the significance of Bastille Day, followed by interesting facts about France and an interactive session where the audience learnt a few simple French expressions. The event featured an energetic skit, a lively Provençal Folk Dance and an elegant Fashion Show, showcasing the richness of French culture. The celebration witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students and was well received by the audience, making it a memorable and successful event.
