    The Campus Ministry and KPAP Team organized Mindful Moments – a session on Meditation for the 2 PUC students on 7 July 2026 to promote students' emotional well-being. Around 140 students participated in the session. The programme commenced with a guided meditation, creating an atmosphere of calmness and reflection. The resource person, Mr. S. N. V. Chandrashekar, Faculty at the Art of Living, delivered an insightful session on the significance of mindful living. He emphasized the importance of self-awareness, emotional balance, stress management, conscious breathing, and positive thinking in leading a meaningful life. Through practical illustrations and simple mindfulness techniques, he encouraged students to remain focused, resilient, and purposeful in their personal and academic pursuits. The session enabled students to gain valuable insights into managing their thoughts and emotions, thereby enhancing their overall well-being and personal growth.
