INTER-RELIGIOUS PRAYER

The Character formation team in collaboration with KPAP team organized the Department wise interreligious prayer from 9 to 23 June, 2026 at Multi Faith Prayer Hall. The interreligious prayer was organized to provide a space for faculty of different faiths to come together and experience shared moments of reflection and also to promote mutual respect and understanding, fostering a sense of unity. The prayer session was based on different themes like Gratitude, Love in Action, build bridges not barriers, Peace against war, the universal solvent (love, empathy and harmony) etc. The Prayer ambience was created with light music and flowers. Verses from various scriptures were read by different members, invoking a sense of love and devotion in accordance to Gods word. The session ended with an intercessory prayer for the various intensions. This session helped in fostering a feeling of oneness and togetherness among the department members.
