    Ameliorate – To Be Better 2026, the faculty development programme, held on 4 and 5 May 2026, was an enriching and thought-provoking experience for the staff, led by Rev. Dr. Henry Almeida SJ. Through his inspiring and deeply engaging sessions on Indian Knowledge Systems and the Happiness Quotient, he encouraged educators to rediscover the wisdom rooted in Indian traditions and the importance of inner well-being in the teaching profession. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from the staff, whose active involvement and interaction added energy and meaning to the sessions, making Ameliorate 2026 a truly memorable journey towards becoming better educators and better individuals.
